Before GetOutLoop, I worked in field service and technical management for secure ID and automatic identification systems across Asia: card printers, laser engravers and issuance lines on national programmes. When a line stopped, the job was to open the machine and find what was actually broken before touching anything.
Small businesses break the same way. Not dramatically, just a handover that lives in someone’s memory, a booking that waits in a WhatsApp chat, an invoice nobody chased. GetOutLoop exists to find those loops and build the systems that close them.
That work also meant training more than 40 partners across the region to run and service those systems themselves. It is where our ownership rule comes from: a system is only finished when your own team can run it without us.

Why the name GetOutLoop
In most small businesses, the work runs in a loop through the owner. Every enquiry, booking confirmation, quote and payment reminder waits for one person to see it and act.
