1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use getoutloop.com (the "Website") or engage GetOutLoop Automation ("we," "us," "our") for a free audit, a consultation, a build or ongoing support (the "Services").

For paid work, the written quote or agreement we send you sets out the specific scope, price and timeline. If that document and these terms differ, the quote or agreement applies.

2. Free Audits and Consultations

Our AI visibility audit, workflow audit and consultation are free and carry no obligation. You keep the written findings whether or not you work with us. Audit findings reflect what we could observe at the time; they are recommendations, not guarantees.

3. Quotes and Scope

• Every build is quoted as a fixed price, stated in full before any work starts.
• The quote describes what is included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
• Work is delivered one piece at a time, and each piece goes live before the next one starts.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and due dates, are stated in your quote or invoice. Ongoing services such as hosting, updates and monitoring are billed as agreed in writing and can be cancelled as set out in that agreement. We do not auto-renew a retainer without telling you first.

5. Your Responsibilities

To deliver the Services, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback
• Give us access to the accounts and systems the work requires
• Confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos or data you give us
• Use the finished website, app or automation lawfully

6. Ownership of Your Work

Once the work is paid for, the domains, accounts, code, content, data and credentials we set up for you belong to you and are registered in your name wherever the provider allows. We document what we build so your team, or another provider, can run it.

Third-party tools and platforms we build on (for example hosting providers, n8n, Supabase, WhatsApp or AI model providers) remain subject to their own terms and fees.

7. Third-Party Services

Our work often connects to services run by other companies. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes, but we will tell you when one affects your system and what the options are.

8. Search and AI Results

Google, AI assistants and other platforms decide their own rankings and answers. We can improve how well your website is built for them and measure the results, but we cannot guarantee any ranking, citation, traffic or revenue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Services the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of the Website or Services.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, credentials and data confidential and use them only to deliver the Services. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Unless your written agreement with us says otherwise, disputes will first be discussed in good faith before any formal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Work already agreed in writing continues under the terms that applied when it was agreed.
